The World Bank developed a Digital Capabilities Knowledge Map, a catalog of programs and courses developed by universities and private and public providers and offered through various learning platforms. It includes mostly computer science courses that may teach diverse audiences digital skills at various levels. The filter allows to find courses by category, target audience, level, language and certification. The majority of courses are open source, i.e. tuition-free (some may include a fee for certification). To take a course one needs internet access at home or at a hot spot, and a device: a computer, a laptop or a mobile phone.
